I'm Brandon Gadoci, and I've spent more than 25 years in leadership roles while maintaining my passion for building. Throughout my career, I've successfully built and led teams in sales, marketing, development, and design.

For the past 3 years, I've served as VP of AI Operations at data.world. As the company's first employee 9 years ago, I've applied all my skills, but my most impactful work has been pioneering the field of AI Operations. Through dedicated internal consulting, building innovative solutions, and educating teams, I established AI Operations as a business-wide discipline.

This new wave of AI is as much about technology as it is about change management.
