Gadoci Consulting provides AI operations consulting services through this platform. Services may be delivered in-person, remotely, or through a hybrid model, depending on client needs and agreement terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis and may include:

• Upfront payment in full
• Split payments (deposit and final payment)
• Milestone-based payments
• Net payment terms (payment due within specified days)
• Subscription-based billing for ongoing services

Accepted payment methods: credit card, ACH transfer, and bank transfer. All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

Late payment fees and interest charges are applied according to Stripe's standard policies. All payments are in USD.

5. Refund Policy

All services are final. No refunds or cancellations are available once services have been engaged.

6. User Accounts

To use certain features of this platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

7. Acceptable Use

All deliverables created as part of consulting services belong to the client upon full payment. Gadoci Consulting retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies for marketing purposes.

9. Confidentiality

All confidentiality agreements uploaded or entered into through this platform will be honored. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gadoci Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of this platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
