Meet the founder behind Gadoci Consulting

Gadoci Consulting was founded by Brandon Gadoci in 2025.

Brandon's career has taken him through a wide range of roles—financial advisor, entrepreneur, team leader, and now consultant. Along the way, he's worn many hats: UX and UI design, sales, marketing, operations, and even teaching himself to code. Each chapter added new skills and spawned new projects, building a professional history defined by curiosity and adaptability.

Most recently, Brandon spent nearly a decade at a fast-growing company where he led teams and drove innovation across multiple functions. In the final years of that tenure, he focused on rolling out AI operations—developing the frameworks, methodologies, and hands-on experience that would become the foundation for Gadoci Consulting. When that company was acquired, Brandon saw the opportunity to take everything he'd learned and build something of his own.

In 2025, he launched Gadoci Consulting. The response has been immediate. What started as a solo venture has grown into a rapidly expanding team, working with companies of all sizes to unleash pent-up innovation and operationalize AI in ways that actually stick.
