The RFP Evaluator tool helped employees of a workforce housing company quickly evaluate if they should engage with an RFP. By creating several key knowledge documents representing their desired deal shape, this CustomGPT allowed them to drag and drop in an RFP and get instant feedback on if they should engage and why.

This became the first step in their process and provided essential feedback that the entire company used to accelerate throughput.
